Zeste lance une gourde en inox 100% made in France
La marque Zeste vient de lancer une toute nouvelle gourde en inox. Sa particularité : elle est 100% fabriquée en France.
Zeste est une jeune pousse française lancée en novembre 2019 par Pierre Tucoulat. Pozette vous en parlait ici. Son objectif : relocaliser la production des gourdes en inox en France, et ainsi proposer aux consommateurs des bouteilles réutilisables 100% made in France. Rappelons que presque toutes les petites gourdes proposées sur le marché sont fabriquées en Asie… Un pari audacieux pour la startup qui a tout de même réussi, dès son lancement, à commercialiser une gourde isotherme produite à plus de 55% sur le sol français.
Créée par les designers Christopher Santerre et Clara Rivière, elle est usinée en Chine. Toutes les autres étapes de sa fabrication – soudure, assemblage, polissage, peinture, gravure – sont réalisées en France. Pierre et son équipe se sont associés à cinq industriels situés près de Lyon et en Normandie. Pour la partie logistique (préparations et expéditions des commandes), ils se sont tournés vers un chantier d’insertion par le travail créé par le Groupe ARES, basé en Ile-de-France.
Une gourde en inox fabriquée en Normandie
En novembre dernier, Pierre nous confiait ne rien lâcher. Et sa ténacité a payé : Zeste vient de lancer ce mardi 6 octobre 2020 une nouvelle gourde en inox 100% made in France : la Zeste Classic.
Aussi imaginée par Christopher Santerre et Clara Rivière, la gourde est entièrement produite en Normandie dans l’usine Guy Degrenne, reconnue par l’État comme Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant. « De la déformation de l’inox à la gravure, tout est fait ici », assure Pierre, précisant que l’inox est sourcé dans le sud de la France. Quant au bouchon, celui-ci est fabriqué en Bretagne.
La nouvelle gourde de Zeste n’est pas isotherme. Elle est plus petite et plus légère que sa grande sœur. Elle pèse 180 grammes et sa contenance est de 50 cl. « C’est une bouteille un peu plus sport. » Elle est disponible en 4 coloris de bouchon : jaune curcuma, orange safran, vert chardon et bleu myrtille. La mention « Conçue et fabriquée en France » et le logo de la marque sont gravés au bas de la gourde.
La Zeste Classic est aussi garantie à vie. Et la logistique (préparations et envois des commandes) est toujours confiée au chantier d’insertion du Groupe ARES.
Ce nouveau produit est proposé en pré-commande sur zeste.fr au prix de 32 euros. Attention, il n’y en aura pas pour tout le monde. Rendez-vous sur zeste.fr.
À noter que Zeste reverse 1% de son chiffre d’affaires à Water Family, une association située au Pays Basque qui sensibilise les plus jeunes aux problématiques de pollution des eaux.
